After being the chef in the tiny kitchen of the hugely successful and delicious Le Clown Bar in Paris Chef Sota Atsumi kept us waiting for two years to find a perfect spot to create and develop Maison Sota. @maison_sota
( I donβt know why but the facade makes me think of those small streets in Tokyo!)
So find the coolest house on the street, spot the logo designed by David Lynch, and youβve arrived at will probably be your best food experience.
