what you need:
1/2 banana
1/2 peeled mango
1/4 avocado
1/2 cup fresh organic spinach
juice of one lime
1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
optional 1 pitted dates
optional 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
1/4 cup of coconut or almond milk
what to do:
Blend together enjoy!!
