what you need:
15 radishes
Thumb size piece of ginger
3/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup water
1 tsp maldon sea salt
1 tbs honey
what to do:
1. In a 1 liter jar, combine the vinegar, water, salt and honey. Stir to combine.
