After Sinterklaas - a belgian holiday that involved a Saint climbing down the chimney with gifts. To lay them next to the shoe you prepped at the bottom of the chimney filled with a carrot -  for his white horse -  and a beer -  for the Saint - . But the gifts isn't all you get... You also get a shitload of chocolate figurines, marsipan, clementines, letter cookies, speculoos,..... a ton of sugary sweets...

This program comes as a blessing!

Mango Cardamom blast
recipe from The Clean Program from Alejandro Junger for Goop
recipe type: to breakfast, to smoothie , to blend


what you need:

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and cut into pieces
1 cup coconut water
2 tablespoons dried and shredded coconut flakes
Zest and juice of 1 lime
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Handful of ice cubes (optional)
Garnish with lime zest and freshly ground black pepper
Optional: add 1 scoop Nourish (any flavor) and 1 scoop Move OR 1 tablespoon aloe juice/gel or flax meal
